Refund & Cancellation Policy

At WedMandap, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience with our wedding vendors. Since weddings are time-bound events, we follow a structured refund and cancellation policy.

1. Cancellation by Customer

a) Within 24 hours of booking

Refund: Full refund (minus payment gateway charges)

Complete cancellation with minimal charges.

b) After 24 hours but before vendor confirmation

Refund: 75% refund

Partial refund as booking is in progress.

c) After vendor confirmation / closer to event date

Refund: 0% to 50% refund

Refunds subject to vendor terms and may vary.

2. Cancellation by Vendor

If a vendor cancels after confirmation, you will receive a 100% refund, or you may choose an alternate vendor at no extra cost.

3. No-Show Policy

Important: If the customer does not show up or fails to provide required details for the event, no refund will be processed.

4. Special Cases

  • Natural calamities, government restrictions, or unforeseen events – Refunds/credits will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • WedMandap reserves the right to provide credits instead of direct refunds in certain situations.

5. Processing Time

Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
